Nafeza 2 world - A mural featuring Noel and Liam Gallagher has been painted on the side of a record shop that was namechecked in an Oasis song.
Street artist Pic.One.Art has produced the artwork at Sifters Records in Manchester after being given the go ahead by owner Pete Howard, also known as Mr Sifter.
Pete was namechecked in the Oasis song Shakermaker, when Liam sang "Mister Sifter sold me songs when I was just 16. Now he stops at traffic lights but only when they're green".
Manchester-based artist Pic.One.Art said he wanted to create the mural to mark the 30th anniversary of the band's debut album, released in August 1994.
He said he also wanted to mark Liam Gallagher's Definitely Maybe 30 Years shows at Co-op Live, including two taking place there on 27 and 28 June.
Sifters Records, which sells second hand records, was frequented by the Gallagher brothers when they were teenagers.
"I approached Pete, also known as Mr Sifter, and he was more than happy to oblige," said Pic.One.Art.
Pic.One.Art said he had also got the blessing of Oasis photographer, Michael Spencer Jones to recreate one of his photos from that time.
Michael Spencer Jones also took the photo featured on the Definitely Maybe album cover.
The mural at the shop on Fog Lane, Burnage, took the artist about 20 hours to complete and has already been photographed and shared on social media.
One photo shared even featured a dog wearing a bucket hat, Pic.One.Art added.
He has previously produced portraiture-based art in places including Chorlton and said he was passionate about taking art to the streets to make it more accessible.
Mr Howard has been approached for comment.
